Make (Good) Trouble’s management team have over 30 years’ experience delivering award-winning, world-class  strategies, research, evaluation, analysis, and content to global audiences and organisations. 

Daisy Cresswell, Co-Founder, Strategy Director

Daisy set up Make (Good) Trouble CIC with her sister Tayler in 2018. This is their second venture together. Daisy has been instrumental in driving the development of bespoke programmes for clients and for Make (Good) Trouble. In 2023 Daisy was the MC of the Brighton Summit, and will be again in October 2024.

In 2009 Daisy and Tayler set up Liberty842 where they developed digital strategies and content for brands and broadcasters, TV and radio shows including The Archers, Mr Selfridge, Alan Carr Chatty Man, The Last Leg and Holby City. Daisy was previously Online Brand Director at Channel 5, Head of New Media at branding agency Imagination, and on the Board of Trustees for the Brighton Fringe.

Daisy is mum of two and is the driving force behind Make (Good) Trouble.

Tayler Cresswell, Co-Founder, Research & Editorial Director

Tayler is responsible for research and evaluation programmes at Make (Good) Trouble as well as developing and creating radio shows and podcasts. She is trained to deliver research projects using Most Significant Change (MSC), the qualitative, participatory approach to monitoring and evaluation. Tayler has a Diploma in Systemic Coaching and uses coaching to help young people develop their skills and talents. Tayler is our Deputy Child Protection/Safeguarding Lead

Previously, Tayler worked for digital agencies developing editorial, content strategies, and digital content for clients including Barclays Bank, American Express, BBC, Channel 4, The Maths Anxiety Trust, and River Island. She has delivered training for the NHS helping managers to implement flexible working policies. Alongside her sister Daisy, Tayler has been instrumental in developing content strategies for broadcast shows (notably The Archers and Holby City) and production companies (Sky, Freemantle Media, ITV, BBC and Channel 4) for their digital media company, Liberty842. 

Tayler has a first class degree in Communications from Goldsmiths University where she majored in Journalism and TV Audience Studies.

Jane Keating, Production Director, Schools & Community Liaison

Jane is responsible for managing and growing our community network. She has developed strong links with schools, colleges, youth groups and families across Brighton, East Sussex and beyond. She has created and run nation-wide focus groups and delivered projects with the PSHE Quality Mark for our clients. Jane is our Designated Child Protection/Safeguarding Lead.

Jane brings 20 years’ experience in the TV industry to her role where she developed strong commercial, organisational, and team-building skills.  She worked as Producer and Assistant Producer on shows including Celebrity Big Brother, Fame Academy and Super Nanny.

Leah Kluckow, Strategic Planning and Operations

Leah is responsible for MGTs day-to-day operations, strategic planning and implementation, contributing to business development, programmes of work and research. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning and production for design, brand and communications consultancies as well as TV and advertising, working for brands across private and public sectors, managing and delivering large scale multi-platform projects for global blue-chip brands.

Lotti Terry, Project Manager

Lotti

Lotti joined Make (Good) Trouble through the Kickstart scheme in March 2021. She had previously volunteered for the company when it started back in 2018. Lotti is now a Project Manager, having worked with the team to learn new skills in office and production management. She has also worked on projects developing skills in audio and visual recording and editing.

Lola worked with Make (Good) Trouble since she was 17, volunteering on our very first project and crowdfunder. She worked as a Production Coordinator and Young Reporter for our radio show, Raising Teens, until November 2023, when she took a sabbatical to go travelling for a year. Lola’s interviews with teenagers, and comment pieces for the programme have brought a thought provoking and often delightful insight into the show that aims to help parents and teens understand each other better. Lola also added public speaking to her skillset, and is a powerful advocate of young people and the Make (Good) Trouble mission. Lola joined the Advisory Group in November 2023.

Lola graduated in Spring 2019 from the Textiles and Fashion Level 3 Extended Diploma from Northbrook Metropolitan College in East Sussex.

Kerry Clarke, Children and Young People Mental Health Development and Improvement Manager, SE NHS Regional Team

Kerry is a champion of Make (Good) Trouble. She has helped us to build a strong network of partners and supporters.

Fiona Paterson, Project Manager, Centre of Policing

Fiona worked at Sussex Police as an analyst for over 16 years before moving to the Bank of England and NCC Group. She is now working at the Centre of Policing.  She is skilled in Cyber Policy and Strategy, Crisis Response, Intelligence Analysis, Government, and Law Enforcement. Fiona has a MSc focused in Forensic Psychology. 

Fiona has been instrumental in helping us to build a strong partnership with Sussex Police and the Office of Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner. She has supported and championed Make (Good) Trouble since its foundation in 2018.

Adam Hoyle, Technologist, Adam Hoyle Associates Ltd

Adam is a highly experienced Technologist with over 20 years’ experience of developing large scale web and app projects for retailers, public bodies and the arts. He is a strong engineering professional skilled in digital strategy, development and user experience.

Adam brings a wealth of hands-on experience in technology to Make (Good) Trouble and has worked with the company’s founders for over 15 years.

Kirsti Cox, Wealth Management Consultant

Kirsti has worked in finance for over a decade and now runs her own business, Kirsti Cox Wealth Management. She helps people and businesses plan their financial future.

Kirsti has been involved with Make (Good) Trouble since the beginning. She has been invaluable in helping us to create a strong network in the business community.
