Your privacy is important to us and we treat any information you give us as if it was our own.
- We have a contact form which collects name, email address, reason for getting in touch and any additional message. This information is submitted as an email and is not held on any server. We’ll only use the information you email us to deal with your query.
- We also have a blog post subscription form which collects an email address so subscribers can be notified of any new blog posts. These email addresses are held on our webserver so that our website can access them automatically to send the notification.
- If you’d like all details we hold about you to be deleted from our database, please email us at tayler@makegoodtrouble.co.uk and we’ll remove you from our database.
- If you’d like us to send you all the information we hold about you, please email us at tayler@makegoodtrouble.co.uk.
The only other details we see are your travels around this website, which are as anonymous as Google Analytics makes them – for example, we can see how many people visit and what countries you’re visiting from. Our web team uses this information to make sure this website is always at its best.
We are committed to reviewing our policy, its implementation and good practice annually.
